Toyota Tsusho (Australia) Pty. Ltd. is a diversified materials trading and logistics company, specialising in an expansive range of international trading services including supply chain management, intermediate goods processing and third party logistics. Evolving from a trader in a limited number of commodities and finished goods to a multi-business enterprise, TTA contacted Boldfish needing an experienced local agency in creative brand management for all their digital and print marketing communication requirements.

Discovery

  • The global brand guidelines guide was not extensive or current and didn’t cater for a numerous local touch-point requirements
  • Content was very text-heavy and cluttered making it difficult for consumers to understand information quickly
  • Used poor quality product images negatively impacting on the perceived value and quality of their capabilities
  • Inconsistent brand presentation to market across print and digital applications

  • Boldfish art directed a corporate photography shoot to produce better photo assets for ongoing digital and print applications
