Panviva is a knowledge management software company that provides businesses with the tools to find the right information quickly and efficiently. Panviva software navigates users quickly and efficiently to the right answer in just a few clicks, positively impacting on compliance, productivity and customer experiences. Panviva approached Boldfish needing a local agency with strong brand management experience who could produce creative support for all their branded digital and print marketing communication requirements.
Discovery
- No formal brand guidelines were available and the brand lacked flexibility working responsively across a variety of proportions and sizes
- The branding was inconsistently displayed from one touchpoint to another
- The previous branding was very dated and needed a fresh rebrand
- Very limited brand assets and resources available with no clear key messaging, distinction or call to action for consumers
Strategy
- Created a brand guidelines document showing logo usage rules and various branding examples for print and digital environments
- Improved hero imagery to be more modern and used primary branding colours throughout various touchpoints to help unite the brand story
- Icons were also added to the brand story to help reduce copy and clarify key features and benefits
- New cleaner digital and print marketing communication brochure templates were created that focused on clarity, simplicity and cleanliness in both content and layout
